Federal Legislative Director of National Right to Life and The Most Rev. Edward B. Scharfenberger, Bishop of Albany. It is especially important to speak to our legislators because it is now expected to see the Reproductive Health Act or abortion expansion bill show up for a vote. This is the same bill that was removed from the NY State Budget voted on March 30th.
