  Welcome to our Faith Formation Program! The mission of our program is to assist parents in handing on the love of God and the Catholic Faith to their children. As a parish community here at St. John’s, we strive to grow together as disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ by participating in ongoing faith formation and most importantly the Sacramental Life of the Church. You are a blessing to our parish family, and we look forward to serving you and your children!
  
  

  Please find the registration forms below along with a schedule of upcoming registration times. Forms must be dropped off at our office in the old St. John’s School Building (239 East Lake Blvd) during designated registration times. We cannot accept emailed forms.

  
  

  Registration will take place during the following dates and times
  in St John's School (239 East Lake) (NOT THE RECTORY):
  
   TUESDAY AUGUST 13TH FROM 6-8PM

  We adhere to the Curriculum Guidelines set forth by the Archdiocese of New York. Every child is expected to complete each year’s curriculum for Grades 1–8; therefore, any years missed will need to be made up. In our program, First Holy Communion is received in 2^nd grade and Confirmation is received at the end of 8^th grade.
